EdTech Spotlight - QuestionWell

EdTech Spotlight posts are shorter entries (as compared to my normal full-sized posts) that highlight a specific educational technology resource.

These normally contain a video clip of me talking about and demonstrating the resource. These video clips are taken from my weekly live streams that I record on Monday nights at 7pm EST. These videos are more casual and conversational than my pre-recorded edited tutorial videos.

Free tool to create AI-generated multiple-choice questions from a text.
Copy and paste a reading that contains the content you would like to test or write your own.
Add a Topic to help the AI know the angle you're going for within the reading.
Optional: Add Learning Objectives and DOK Level if you wish.
Hit Generate and give it about 30 seconds.
The AI takes the text and pulls out a number of learning objectives, creates essential questions to guide student learning, and creates multiple-choice assessment questions.
Select the questions you want to use.
Finally export the questions in various formats for Google Forms, Quizziz, Kahoot, Canvas, Gimkit, Blooket, and more.
