  • Description: This session focuses on a digital wellbeing practice that I have used for many years, which is combining positive self-talk with strong passwords. Research supports the benefits of positive self-talk, and technology best practices encourage strong passwords or passphrases. I put these two together by making my passphrase a sentence of positive self-talk. This can relate to a goal I am working towards, or an encouraging reminder, or a helpful thought to reflect on. Every time I type in my current password, I am giving myself a message of positive self-talk.
